• Cancelled or postponed events: if an event is cancelled or postponed by more than 48 hours from the original scheduled time, the bet will be voided and the amount refunded to the account balance.
• Accumulator bets: in accumulator bets, if one selection is voided, the bet is recalculated without that selection (odds of 1.00 for the voided event), with all remaining selections remaining valid.

9Bonuses & Promotions

The umbet2 offers bonuses and promotions to its users as a way to enhance the platform experience. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, which will always be displayed at the time of the offer. The general rules that apply to all bonuses are:

10Prohibited Conduct

11Account Closure

At the user's request: you can request account closure at umbet2 at any time, via support chat or by email at contato@umbet2.best. Prior to closure, any available balance (excluding unfulfilled bonus balances) will be returned via Pix or another available withdrawal method. After closure, your data will be retained for the period legally required under the LGPD.

At umbet2's discretion: may close or suspend accounts at any time in cases of:
